Pricing questions
Do I actually get charged from day one?
Yes. After signup, Stripe Checkout opens and your card is billed for the first month. No trial, no demo data — you ship the same SDK you already run, against a working account, against actual events.
Why no per-event metering?
A bad deploy leaves a wake of identical errors. The thing you least want is for cleanup to cost you more than the deploy would have. Errors unlimited means a Christmas incident does not turn into a Christmas invoice.
What if I outgrow my plan mid-month?
Upgrade in your dashboard — the change takes effect immediately, prorated for the remaining days. You'll see the same DSN, the same SDK config, no re-onboarding.
Is Fixdraft really Sentry-compatible?
Yes. Swap your DSN, keep your SDK (Python, Node, Go, Ruby, Java, PHP, .NET, Rust), keep your alerts. The agent then attaches a draft PR to every alert.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — from your dashboard, with one click. No retention team, no dark patterns, no call to negotiate.
A quick note
No usage chart, no “estimate your bill” widget, no asterisked overage terms. The number on the card is the number on the invoice. If a 2am alert turns into 2000 identical stack traces, that's not an upsell — it's the same month, same plan, same price.
